These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the relationship between:

HONEGGER, a simplified joint-stock company (SASU) with a capital of €2,000, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 934 252 792, whose registered office is located at 78 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France, VAT number FR36934252792 (hereinafter referred to as “HONEGGER” or “the Company”), and any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the HONEGGER website (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”).

By placing an order, the Client unreservedly accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC).

HONEGGER offers fine jewelry creations crafted from native gold nuggets, exclusive collections, and bespoke pieces.

Each piece undergoes strict quality control and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

The photographs and visuals shown on the website are for illustrative purposes only and have no contractual value. Slight variations (in weight, dimensions, or color) may occur.

Orders can only be placed online via HONEGGER’s official website.

All orders are subject to acceptance by HONEGGER and are confirmed once payment has been validated.

In the event of unavailability, the Client will be notified and may choose between a refund or a custom creation.

For bespoke pieces, a specific quote will be provided and must be approved prior to production.

Production times vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

All prices listed on the website are in euros (€), including all applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping costs and customs duties.

Any local taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the Client.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)

We are unable to accept payments using two different credit cards for a single order.

If ordering multiple products, we recommend placing a separate order for each item.

Ownership of the products is transferred to the Client upon full payment.

HONEGGER delivers within France, across Europe, and internationally using premium carriers.

Delivery times and costs are specified during checkout.

Limited-stock items may require additional processing time.

Bespoke creations include a production lead time, detailed in the quote.

Each order is delivered in a HONEGGER jewelry box, carefully packaged and insured.

The Client will receive an email with tracking information.

In case of loss, theft, or delivery anomaly, the Client must report any issues to the carrier within 48 hours and notify HONEGGER.

HONEGGER cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or force majeure events.

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 days to exercise the right of withdrawal for any non-personalized jewelry.

Exceptions:

Custom or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be in its original condition, with its certificate of authenticity and original packaging.
  
• No signs of wear, use, or modification.
  
• Return must be initiated via HONEGGER’s customer service.
  
• Return shipping costs are the Client’s responsibility, except in the case of an error by HONEGGER.
  

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

The standard withdrawal form is annexed to these GTC.

Legal conformity warranty: 2 years (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Warranty against hidden defects: 2 years from the date the defect is discovered (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

HONEGGER commercial warranty: 2 years against manufacturing defects, covering polishing, resizing, and minor repairs.

Outside warranty coverage, a quote will be provided prior to any service.

The certificate of authenticity is required for all interventions.

All creations, designs, texts, logos, visuals, videos, and photographs displayed on the website are the exclusive property of HONEGGER and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

HONEGGER is committed to protecting clients’ personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected: full name, address, email, phone number, order history, browsing data (cookies).

Purpose: order processing, customer service, marketing communications (with consent).

Retention period: limited to the time necessary for processing and legal obligations.

Client rights: access, rectification, deletion, objection — by contacting: contact@maisonhonegger.com

Client data may be shared with service providers (secure payment, carriers).

These GTC are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the Client may contact an approved consumer mediator free of charge.

If no amicable solution is found, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the Client’s residence or of Paris.

• Force Majeure: HONEGGER shall not be held liable in cases of unforeseen, uncontrollable events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
  
• Changes to GTC: HONEGGER reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of the order.
  
• Information accuracy: HONEGGER strives for accuracy but cannot guarantee the complete absence of errors.
  
• Client responsibility: The Client must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
